Meevee Privacy Policy

MeeVee, Inc. (“we” or “us”) strives to offer its visitors the many advantages of Internet technology and to provide an interactive and personalized experience. We may use Personally Identifiable Information (as defined below) collected from users (“you”) of our Web site at http://www.meevee.com or at any co-branded version of such Web site that contains a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”) subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please note this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by us online through the Site and does not impact information collected or used by us or our affiliates through other means. The use of the Site is governed by our Terms of Use.

“Personally Identifiable Information” means information that can identify you as a specific individual, such as your name, street address, telephone number, and/or e-mail address.

How We Gather Information From Users
How we collect and store information depends on the page you are visiting, the activities in which you elect to participate and the services provided. Personally Identifiable Information collected on the Site may also be used for other purposes, including but not limited to Site administration, troubleshooting, processing of e-commerce transactions, administration of sweepstakes and contests, and other communications with you. Certain third parties who provide technical support for the operation of the Site (our Web hosting service and our newsletter provider, for example) may access such information. We will use your information only as permitted by law and in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. In addition, from time to time as we continue to develop our business, we may sell, buy, merge or partner with other companies or businesses. Your Choice To Opt Out

Access
You can modify your information and settings by logging in and selecting the My Settings button at the top of the page. Under Member Info, you can select to get emails from us and the format of these emails. Also in the emails we send you, there should be a link provided to allow you to remove yourself from the mailing list.

Affiliated Sites, Linked Sites and Advertisements
We expect our partners, advertisers and affiliates to respect the privacy of our users. Be aware, however, that third parties, including our partners, advertisers, affiliates and other content providers accessible through the Site, may have their own privacy and data collection policies and practices. Children
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personally Identifiable Information from or about children under thirteen (13) except as permitted by law. If we discover we have received any information from a child under thirteen (13) in violation of this Privacy Policy, we will delete that information immediately. Protecting Your Information
We have implemented a security program to keep information that is stored in our systems protected from unauthorized access. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its security.

Referral Program
When you use the MeeVee referral program (the “Referral Program”), we may ask you to provide information such as your email address and your friends’ e-mail addresses. In return, you and your friends will be given the opportunity to register and become a member of MeeVee, and your friends will also be given the opportunity to make referrals to their friends. This feature helps us spread the word about MeeVee. During and after participation in the Referral Program you and/or your friends may receive additional communications from us or our vendors in relation to the Referral Program and you and/or your friends’ participation in it. The data collected through the Referral Program is only used for the operation and ongoing maintenance of the Referral Program and will not be distributed to any third parties other than those MeeVee trusted partners that may be helping us in the operation and maintenance of the Referral Program. You and your friends may opt-out of participation in the Referral Program at any time via opt-out links in all communications made to you and your friends through the Referral Program or by sending an email to either rewards_cs@MeeVee.com or rewards_support@MeeVee.com.

Changes To This Privacy Policy We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will mean you accept those changes. If any such change materially expands the manner in which we were permitted to use your Personally Identifiable Information prior to such change, you will have the opportunity to opt out of such use.

Our Site operates “AS IS” and “As Available,” without liability of any kind. We are not responsible for events beyond our direct control. This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any claim related to this Privacy Policy shall be brought in a federal or state court located in San Francisco, CA within one (1) year after the claim arises. Users of the Site consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such court as the most convenient and appropriate for the resolution of disputes concerning this Privacy Policy.
